Epic’s Campus Reflects a Culture of Focus and Collaboration

The 1,670-acre campus—shaped by themes from literature and fantasy—isn’t just visually distinctive. It’s intentionally designed to support focused work, collaboration, and a strong sense of community.

To promote deep work and minimize distractions, employees work in quiet offices—either individually or shared with just one other person—rather than in an open-concept environment. Teams are grouped by product rather than job function, placing developers alongside implementers, technical support staff, trainers, and quality managers. This makes it easier to collaborate and resolve issues quickly.

While the buildings are whimsical and encourage creative thinking, their internal layouts are consistent and practical to simplify wayfinding and encourage connection.
