More than 130,000 Individuals Register to Save Lives Through MyChart Donor Registration

Patients can choose to be organ, eye, and tissue donors directly in MyChart—making it easier to take an important step toward saving lives, and offering hope to the more than 100,000 people in the U.S. currently waiting for a transplant. Through integration developed in collaboration with Donate Life America, each registration is added automatically to the National Donate Life Registry. One donor can save up to eight lives, restore sight to two people, and heal more than 75 people through tissue donation.
