As you drive along the highway past farms in Verona, Wisconsin, you might notice a big red barn—but it doesn’t house cows. Inside, you’ll find over 350 offices. 

Buildings at Epic are designed to promote productivity, with individual offices instead of cubicles, so we have a quiet space, free from distractions, to do focused work. They’re also designed to encourage collaboration: most are no more than three stories high (the maximum number of staircases a person is usually willing to walk for a face-to-face meeting). Each building has a unique theme, such as Grimm’s Fairytales, Scandinavia, or Dungeons and Dragons. Theming the offices inside and out gives our staff a creative place to work—with surprises around every corner—where they can design software that is highly functional and, as much as possible, delightful.
