Vintage Sculpture is a husband and wife team whose art and way of life has always been deeply connected to the past and of rescuing discarded materials and giving them new life. ​

Lately, they have been working in more of a subdued pallet creating iconic images of Americana using our newest reclaimed material, hat-felt scraps salvaged by a friend in the process of making cowboy hats. The method of hand-cutting, snipping, bending and even dying the felt and then individually nailing each the skinny felt trimmings in a multitude of intricate shapes and sizes has resulted in amazing relief, depth, texture and detail.​​
